From Sep 11, 2022, to Feb 11, 2023, was the period when I was away from Taiwan.
All the differences generated through this 'transition'—temperature variations, reversals, humidity fluctuations, softness-hardness disparities, superiority contrasts—each and every one of them ferment, not just within containers but within the body as well.
